Mental Health Week 2012

Created Tuesday, 25 September 2012 in News

Mental Health Week is running from 7th - 14th October. This year's theme is "Connect, Celebrate, Grow".

This is a great opportunity to remind people of the sorts of things that they can do to stay mentally healthy. So why not get your club, group or organisation (or your friends) together and hold an event!

You can download a free 'starter kit' to help plan your event here:

http://www.waamh.org.au/mental-health-week-2012

You can also keep up to date with other events that are happening around WA during Mental Health Week 2012 and get involved!

For ideas on activities to hold during Mental Health Week, phone Mentally Healthy WA on (08) 9266 4648.
