Women's Health and Wellbeing are now offering Konga classes! Konga is the latest fitness craze to hit Perth and is a full body high intensity, low complexity danced based workout that is a combination of aerobic fitness and dance styles set to your favorite music. It's not aerobics, it's not dance, it's Konga. One class can burn over 700 calories. Dates: 2 August - 27 September, every Thursday during the school term. Time: 10.00am - 11.00am Where: Maddington Community Centre, Cnr Alcock and Yule St Maddington We are also offering classes in Maddington, Wirrabirra Primary School, Neerigen Primary School and Amaroo Retirement Village.
