About this activity...
We start with having fun moving to music for 30 mins, we then concentrate on building your upper body strength, we then move into our balance section with a wide variety of exercises and activities to build balance and leg strength. Finishing with a long stretch. Suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility. Online classes also available with either the weekly or monthly membership options. See the membership pages on my website for further details. Bring light weights, water & towel. Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes and well fitting shoes.
