Communicare aims to create strong families by providing a diverse range of support services that are tailored to individual needs
We respond to our community’s identified needs to ensure that our local families and their children have access to, and can receive the information, practical skills and advocacy that they need.
Our Family Support Services provides diverse support to families with children and youth (birth to 18 years) and individuals.
Our Children's Services enrich the development and wellbeing of children and youth; providing them with the best possible start in life.
We aim to create community inclusion by working with newly arrived refugee and humanitarian entrants to ensure they are empowered to gain independence and build strong connections in their new communities.
