There is a simple warm up and cool down stretch and the rest is up to you, let your body and imagination run wild!
The music will include Pop, Rock, Jazz, Swing, Country, Motown and more. A great way to let your hair down and have a good work out too!
When: Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30pm
Where: Manning Activity Centre, Downey Dr, Manning 6152
Age: Adults of all ages
Cost: $8 pay on the day (cash)
