The Elite Judo Club offers a high level of personalised Judo coaching in a fun and family oriented atmosphere. Open to everyone from the age of 4 years.
Learn about balance, position awareness, agility and basic Judo techniques and brake falls. Judo is a great tool for general fitness.

When: Monday's - 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Wednesday's - 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
