About this activity...

Exergaming is a mix of low impact exercising and games using an XBOX. There are games to suit everyone. It is fun and interactive and requires no previous experience or skill. Ask for a demo.

When: Mondays 1:30 - 3pm

Where: Addie Mills Centre, 2 Astley Street, Gosnells

Please note that places are limited so bookings are essential.

This program is open to City of Gosnells residents aged 55+
