Being in the red heart of WA, Laverton is not only the start of the Outback Way, it is also the gateway to a number of four wheel drive adventure tracks including the Anne Beadell Highway, Gunbarrel Highway, David Carnegie Road and Hann's Track. Guidebooks and maps on these trails are available from the Great Beyond Visitor Centre
