About this activity...

These energising and fun outdoor sessions will involve both strength and cardio fitness training. Strength exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands or weights will be done in all postures – standing, kneeling, seated and lying on the ground. Your fitness will improve through ‘huff and puff’ activities like running and movements involving the whole body, starting at an easy pace.

This is an ongoing program for six weeks (drop-in sessions not permitted). Registrations essential via :
