About this activity...

Every class includes relaxation and or meditation, chanting or pranayama. Moment to moment awareness is the practice. In the Mindful Yoga classes this is our primary intention we slow all the way to where we are comfortable to be, paying attention to subtle sensations, rhythm, and flow of our breath. We practice mindful movement and enjoy long pauses and meditation.

4 week course, relaxation or meditation visiting the full circle of poses, a trauma informed course.
