In this very special class we will practice poses that work on old injuries,strengthening weak areas, and postural alignment of the body. Healthy backs, knees, shoulders, necks, ankles, reproductive organs and of course calm minds. Restorative yoga will support you in experiencing deep rest so important for our well-being.  Experience the many benefits of going slow.

Four week program passive predominantly floor based poses, settle into positions for longer amounts of time.
