The Kununurra Picture Gardens is a unique outdoor cinema space located in the remote region of the Kimberley in North East Western Australia.
Our grounds, allow us to provide entertainment, by either film or stage to our Community and Visitors on a weekly basis. We generally run from March to November each year (weather prevailing).
Volunteering at the Picture Gardens is a fun way to meet new people in the community and provide social opportunities for everyone in town. Each week we put the call out for people to help us to run the movies. You can volunteer for one night or on a regular basis; the more people we have on the volunteer register the better! The old adage that many hands make light work definitely rings true in our case!
