About this activity...

Laugh WA Inc. invites anyone who enjoys laughing to participate in regular Laughter Yoga sessions. Laughter Yoga is a mild aerobic exercise which combines laughter games, hand clapping, vocal chants and deep yogic breathing. Laughter is the best medicine to reduce stress, boost mood and to provide social connection. Laughing with a group of people is contagious and fun!

Casual attendance is welcome. No level of fitness required. Session is conducted seated or standing. Wear comfortable clothes and have a water bottle handy.
