Bring more calm and composure into your life.
Join us at the Bunbury Public Library for a mindful movement and meditation workshop to celebrate Mental Health Week. This class is suitable for every body of all abilities with no previous yoga or meditation experience needed.
Please wear comfortable clothing to move in and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Nicky is a Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher and has worked in the community services sector with a focus on mental health and well-being. She has completed Mental Health Aware Yoga teacher training and her classes are focused on 'innercise'.
