Pathways SouthWest is a flexible, responsive, not-for-profit organisation that provides services and support to those experiencing mental illness and those who care for them.
We link people to other people and to services, which help them be independent in their lives. We help facilitate these links by collaborating with many of these services.
We are a NDIS service provider!
We also specialise in individual and group work service delivery with a client centred approach.
