Join our Pilates instructor, Monique, and other participants for this gentle exercise class. This class is structured to help you improve your core strength and balance.
When: Wednesdays 1 - 2pm
Where: Connect Victoria Park, 5 Mackie Street, Victoria Park
All exercise programmes at Connect Village Hub are facilitated by qualified instructors and designed for people aged 55+. We strongly recommend that people who have not exercised for extended periods and people with health conditions seek medical advice before commencing an exercise programme. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class to discuss your personal circumstances with the instructor.
