Here are some ways you can incorporate sports into your day:

- Head down to your local park with any sports equipment you have and have a play!
- Get some friends together and head to a park that has a cricket pitch, basketball square or football posts and get involved in some casual team sport.
- Find out if there is are local sport groups you can participate in, if not why not start your own?
