Singing is an activity that anyone can do anywhere! It’s great for our wellbeing and sense of happiness. Singing helps to boost mood and to feel more positive, more than if you were just listening to music.

Here are some ways you can sing for your mental health:

- Does your community have a choir? Choir singing gets us connected to others, is a fun way to sing new songs and gives you the chance to perform for others!
- Put on some music you love and sing while you cook dinner, clean, or work on something. It can be a good way to keep motivated.
- Why not try writing your own song and sing it for a small (or big!) group of family or friends.
- Get a group together to go and sing Karaoke, it can be a fun and relaxed way to sing in front of others.
