To celebrate Mental Health Week, join 360 Health + Community on Tuesday, 4 October and Thursday, 6 October at the Victoria Park Community Centre for Yin Yoga - a quiet, meditative practice, combining long-held static floor postures with breath work.
When combined with breathwork and meditation, yin yoga can decrease anxiety, improve overall mood and create a sense of wellbeing.
Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and will be led by Tony Turner who has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years and is a E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance USA.
