About Welcoming Women
Welcoming Women is a women's social and wellbeing group that meets monthly for participants to connect, share, learn and grow together in a positive and supportive environment. Each month there is a different guest presenter. Join in for a guided meditation, wellbeing activity, and chatting over tea and healthy treats. It is a great opportunity to meet new acquaintances, learn about women’s health and wellness, try new things and to just experience some ‘me’ time. Bookings are essential.
