About Stress Less, Relax More

FREE Act Belong Commit workshop for Mental Health Week 2021. Keeping mentally healthy is just as important as keeping physically healthy. In current times it is more important than ever to do things to keep ourselves mentally healthy so we can cope better with the demands and pressures of everyday living. This workshop will give you information and practices you can apply everyday to reduce stress and lift your mood including: Gentle stretching, Mindful movement, Progressive muscle relaxation, Breath awareness, Mindfulness practices. All practices will be done standing or seated in a chair. No yoga mats required. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes that you can move in and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
