About this activity...
We start with a Tai Chi warm up to prepare the body both mentally and physically. We then concentrate on building your balance and leg strength with a wide variety of exercises and activities. Finishing with a long stretch. Suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility. Online classes also available with either the weekly or monthly membership options.
