Have you tried chair yoga?

This gentle form of yoga, done on a chair, is a great way to incorporate exercise into your life. Specifically designed for people 55+, people with injuries and stiffness, and people who want an exercise that is both calming and good for the body.

It is particularly great for those who can’t participate in other forms of yoga due to illness or injury, including things like high blood pressure, arthritis, injury or balance and stability.
