Creative Self-Care Group (Joondalup)

About this activity...

Please note this is not a “craft” or “art class”. This (adults only) group is about enjoying the journey not the destination. Remove your expectations about making "good art" and it's surprising how quickly everything else drops away as you become immersed in a creative "flow" state. The therapy environment encourages autonomy to move around, make a coffee, change activity or art materials, have a chat or don't, sit on the couch, this is your scheduled time for self-care. The Art Therapist is also on hand if you'd prefer a more structured approach.
