Free Gym for Young People- Thursdays & Fridays
BYA has now opened a FREE gym for young people aged 12-25.
The gym will be open on Thursday and Friday from 3-5pm. Only 4 people can use the space at a time.

BYA has now opened a FREE gym for young people aged 12-25 thanks to the generosity and kindness from the staff at the Bridgetown Medical Centre who raised the funds to buy the equipment 🫶 We are super grateful to you all!
The gym is open on a Thursday and Friday from 3pm - 5pm 💪 There is a maximum of 4 people allowed in the gym at a time and the games room will be open while you wait. Toasted cheese sandwiches, icepoles and water bottles are also available 🧀
