About this activity...
The aim is to act as an intervention that helps shift the balance from treatment of lifestyle related diseases, towards maintenance and prevention. Our vision is to provide safe physical activity opportunities, education, promotion of wellbeing, and social stimulation through physical activity.
The Lifestyle program will be delivered by the City of Busselton Health & Fitness team, in partnership with South West Australian Health Service and Allied health professionals, catering for clients with low to moderate
risk factors.
