Welcome to the Perth Chess Club, the oldest chess club in Perth.
We have a dedicated group of players, old and young, male and female who come out in all weather types to enjoy what the club has to offer. Our members are a diverse group, originating from Europe, Africa, Asia, and of course Australia. We are however always on the lookout for new players.
The Club meets in the multi-purpose room at North Woodvale Primary School on Wednesdays from 7pm. Tournaments start promptly at 7.30pm.
Our members range from very strong to beginners, so you will find opponents of your playing strength. Although we always have something organised, don’t let that put you off from dropping in, as there are always a few people spare to have a friendly game.
