The Nest provides an opportunity to download your parental stress, find some support, guidance and understanding in an informal, non-judgmental and supportive environment.
The group meet for 2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, to provide parenting support and knowledge building in a warm and welcoming environment. Topics covered include self-care, mindfulness, protective behaviours, child health issues, and relationships.
This program is offered free of charge including child care support.
Where: Rainbow Coast Neighbourhood Centre, 219 North Rd, Albany
