About this activity...
Waratah Walkers is a Heart Smart low-impact exercise for people over 55 and is a great way to improve your physical health. A perfect way to get moving and socializing. Tuesday mornings are open to all fitness levels and abilities and at a pace that suits you.
Meet some new friends and don't forget to wear some comfy shoes. Polite dogs are more than welcome. Meet at Dalkeith Hall (99 Waratah Avenue) for warm-ups at 7.30am every Tuesday in the Summer months or 8.00am Tuesday's in the Winter months.
