Mentally Healthy Partners: May 2022

We’re excited to highlight four new partners who have signed on to our Act Belong Commit campaign. We look forward to working with these fantastic organisations to enable mentally healthy communities.


Donnybrook Lions Club
Lions Club of Donnybrook brings together local people joined by the common desire to make their community better, drawing on the club’s values of Respect, Integrity, Kindness, Teamwork and Community Partnerships. With the help of local volunteers, Donnybrook Lions manage the Containers for Change project in the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup and the group is keen to highlight the intrinsic benefits of volunteering, including enhanced mental wellbeing.



Relationships Australia (WA)
For more than 65 years Relationships Australia WA has provided relationship support services for individuals, couples, families and communities Relationships Australia WA works to enhance the lives of communities, families and individuals and support positive and respectful relationships. It has a wide range of programs and services to help people dealing with a wide variety of issues and topics.


Invisible Illness
Invisible Illnesses Inc is a Western Australian in-person support and social group for those who suffer from an invisible illness, such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Depression, Diabetes, ADHD, Chronic Fatigue and Mental Illnesses. The group exists to support both those who suffer as well as those who care for someone with an invisible illness. .



Karratha Glory Soccer Club
Karratha Glory Soccer Club provides sporting, volunteering and personal development opportunities for Karratha residents of all ages, with an emphasis on fun, friendship, and mental and physical fitness. The club encourages players, members and others to be physically and socially active through team sports and volunteering in the Karratha community.
