Spring has Sprung and it’s Time to Move for Your Mood!

Perth is FINALLY experiencing some sunshine after what seemed like a LONG winter, and no doubt we’ll all be complaining about the heat any day now.

However, in honour of all things spring and sunshine here are five ways you can get outside to enjoy the sunshine this long weekend!

Go for a Hike

Hiking is a great exercise that can also be a fun and enjoyable way to find 30 and catch up with a friend at the same time.

Perth really does have some of the best hiking trails in Australia. Here are some hiking trails to inspire you to get outside exploring!

Head Out on an Adventure Waterfall Hunting

If you’ve lived in Perth your whole life and have never been, we highly recommend heading to Lesmurdie Falls.

So pack a picnic and make a day of it. Depending on where you live, it could be a bit of a drive so strap yourself in for a road trip and a day of adventure.

Get Among the Spring flowers for the ‘Gram

Spring-time means the popular Araluen Tulip Festival is in full swing. This is the perfect day out with friends, family and your camera.

Go for a gentle stroll around the grounds while you take in the fresh air and scenery, or if you’re feeling adventurous (or lazy) take the train tour.

And make sure to take a few snaps along the way – you’re Instagram will thank you!

Hit the Park

Spring is the best time to get the kids outside and to run them out. Why not take the family to the local park?

You might think we’ve lost it – as Winter has only just finished – but what better time to get out and hit the beach! It’s never too early and you don’t even need to go in the water.
